I am taking warfarin 7/8 mg in alternative days since a year (dvt) in leg and having mthfr genetic variant. I have high homocysteine and now in 11.5.before I have no blood sugar or cholesterol but now both having. Kindly advise any of the doctors having good experience in to start treatment.
