Dear Lybrateuser, - for your problem follow some dietary precautions: - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day if you have more - have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, pulses sprouts peas and nuts, figs, - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water per day for proper hydration and digestion - mix a tablespoon of isabgol powder in a glass of warm water and have it one hour before bedtime at night - regular exercise like walking, jogging & yoga helps proper digestion.
