Normoz mainly acts as a insulin sensitiser and helps to decrease the insulin resistance in pcos, but along with normoz you need to take combined oral hormonal medication for the purpose of making your cycle regular. At the same time for long term management you require lifestyle modification which mainly requires weight reduction, regular exercise, brisk walk for 30 minutes daily and avoidance of high calorie food.
