Whenever I perform intercourse my penis though it gets erect but I do not ejaculate and that final punch does not come wherein the sperms get released. But on the contrary when I masturbate I get the ultimate pleasure and the sperms are released though the quantity has reduced a bit over the years. Please help me with a solution to this or any medications.
