Hi Lybrate-User, the role of any kind of oil to treat baldness or hair fall is not proved. And definitely it does not help in regrowth of hair follicles. It can give some benefit in terms of conditioning of scalp. There are medications available both oral and topical which helps in hair regrowth so please visit a dermatologist who are expertise in this field. And also the treatment depends on the severity and the pattern of hair loss.
