Sir, I am 46 years old. I am having burning pain and redness in eyes almost throughout the day I work on computer through out the day and also having neck pain and headache time to time my vision is good. I use antidepressant paroxetine 50 mg daily. Docs advised for artificial tears but only temporary relief for my severe dry eyes. Kindly advise good medication that help in alleviating these symptoms.
