I have diabetes from 4 years I am taking volibo m.o.2 tablet daily 1 tablet 1/2one time morning and evening. My body feels weak I do mechanical job in heat, hand finger blinks sometime my sugar level ranges in 80-200 give some tips and diet to be energetic.

Hello, thanks for the query.v To feel energetic and fresh it is necessary to achieve a strict glucose control, with fasting. < 100 mg, PP150 to 170 mg &:HbA1c % < 6.8. It appears that present. treatment is not really helpful, needs to be upgraded. Plus there's a need to look at dietary intake and extent of daily exercise.
