I am suffering from b/l flank pain and burning sensation while passing urine. Sonography reports show few renal cyst and urinary bladder partially filled with walls are thick and irregular. Ncct kub showing 38x41 mm cortical cyst. Mild thickened wall of urinary bladder. Cect abdomen and urography showing b/l mild dilatation of pcs and ureter and large cyst in left kidney. Also mild b/l pleural effusion. What should I do?
