AVOID SMOKING,COLA,COFFEE,JUNK FOODS, EXERCISE REGULARLY. GET BLOOD TEST FOR URIC ACID LIPID PROFILE,SUGAR. FUNDUS EXAM. BY EYE DOCTOR YEARLY.
