I'm 23 and have problem of excessive head sweating (craniofacial hyperhidrosis) especially when visiting outside from many years. It makes my life worse in daily life. So I also tried antiperspirant aldry lotion to apply on forehead at night but no improvement till now. So last week I take opinion from dermatologist on docsapp and he prescribed glycopyrrolate 2 mg twice a day (1-0-1) but still there is very less improvement after taking glycopyrrolate. So what can I do?

Hello, thanks for your query on Lybrate "as" per your clinical history is concerned anti-perspirant is not the right solution for (craniofacial hyperhidrosis) so to know the exact pathological cause behind it you need few investigations like (ecg, fasting blood sugar, tsh and cbc with differential) do follow me with all reports to make an accurate diagnosis hope that helps and wish you good health.
