Hello doc. I am 28 years old. I am having headache continuously for a day. I had taken saridon but it did not effected. Pain is in the middle back side of the head. Feeling dizziness (sleepy and nauseated) along with palpitations. Pls tell what can be the reason? Is there anything to worry about.
