I am pregnant for 6 weeks 7 days. I have back pain alot and from the last 2 days I had brown discharge a bit. Then from yesterday I had dark blood colour spotting. I had undergone scan and they told the fetus has no heartbeat. I am worried. I can not risk my babies life. What can I do to improve my babies heartbeat. please do help.
