I have tonsillitis past 5 days prior take medication augmentin 625 bd for 3 days with saline gargle but no relief in pain and still have tonsil in one side with change in voice should I take co amxi cv tds for 3 days.

Hi it's better to show it to an ent. If however you cannot then continue the medication. The hoarseness will be as the infection may have spread below to larynx. Consult an ent at earliest.
