One of my friends, 26 years, is suffering from GERD. Immediately after having food, due to indigestion, he vomits. He takes regular medicines, like, tab sompraz d 40 mg since 2 years, tab kinpride and syp. Gaviscon. Apart from this he has undergone ogd soap which shows normal. With all these, he has no relief. Is there any management for all these problems?

Need checking for h pylori on ogd scopy. If no relief then 24 hr ph study can be done for evaluation of surgery.
