Avoid red meat. Take lots of water and fruits do sits baths with warm saline water thrice a day. Take the dobirut twice a day for 2 weeks apply dobirut cream twice a day continue softovac. But if bleeding continues then get Yourself examined by a good general surgeon or a proctologist.
