I am suffering from internal hemorrhoids, as if now I have no pain but only bleeding. For bleeding I am using etamsylate & tranexamic acid but also bleeding does not stopped. Due to continuous bleeding while defecation leads to weakness & low hb. Please suggest good medicine to stop bleeding.
