I am 36 years old male my doctor advised me opiprol 50 I am already on nexito 10 dose from last 5 years, but from last few days I am not feeling good having low mood and anxiety. So my doctor has advised me opiprol 50. Today I took first dose in morning but after taking medicine I suddenly feel anxiety for some time but later it become little ok. I am afraid I should I continue or not? Please advise.

If you take tca + ssri, initial reaction occurs sometimes. Just check with your doctor regarding this and you may wait till nexito washes away first. Opiprol appears to be a good medicine. Please find out with your own doctor who should be able to advise you or consult a psychiatrist. Why was ssri changed? You can try now a days cortical stimulation instead of drugs.
