Hello- Megalis can not be used a a recreation drug, or to improve sexual performance without any physical weakness. You are young, it surely has several side effects such as persistent erection (priapism), severe hypotension, myocardial infarction, ventricular arrhythmias, stroke and increased intraocular pressure. Common side effects include sneezing, headache, flushing, dyspepsia, palpitations and photophobia.
