Neck pain shoulder pain hand pains and morning headaches behind ears back of head side ways blockage ears. Pain radiates throat the head neck shoulder back more during morning hours. Lanol er or diclofenac no relief. Is this occipital neuralgia as I am having these pains since last 20 years and every morning pains are high start after sleeping.

Please check your bp and sugar values early morning head ache could be due to reduced sugar levels. Your pain seems to be posture related.
