Me and my gf had unprotected intercourse for like 2 min, 11 days from today and she was supposed to have her periods 4 days after that but instead there was very light spotting (1 time) and thought she was about to have periods but haven't got them yet. Its been 7 days after the spotting and there is no sign of anything besides that she has pcos and she thinks that spotting could be because of pcos. Is there any chances that the spotting could be sign of pregnancy? How to be sure?

The spotting is not a sign of pregnancy and one more thing is that unless you ejaculated inside her vagina there is no chance of pregnancy. You can make sure by doing a urine pregnancy test.
