I started taking alzolam .25g for 3 days now. I stopped taking it today. Am feeling a headache. Is it because of stopping it.

Yes it can be. Do this do you sleep or take nap in daytime. If so then stop it. If you r not able to sleep, do not watch tv or mobile whats app etc. Read a good book. Switch off tv atleasr 30 mins before bedtime. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Do some exercise daily. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light for more details you can consult me.
