Hi, I am planning for a baby. I just want to know that can I take folic acid tablet? It would be appreciable if you could tell daily dose and any specific company for tablet. Like nature made, keva,gnc.

You should take folic acid periconceptionally dose of folic acid requirement is just in microgrammes but tab of folic acid in commercial market is available in the strength of 5 mg you can take any commercial preparation you like or the one of good company and cheap.
