I am 20 year old female student, in past I suffered from many lows in my life that even triggered many suicidal thoughts in my mind. When I checked online for mental health I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder. I even suffered from depression 2 years back but I didn't sought any medical help due to social stigma. Now I recovered from depression but still I doubt for anxiety disorder because I become panic easily and really have low concentration power. I easily forgets simple things during my vivas. My mind never stops thinking it has some or other thoughts of future but mostly of past. This thinking is uncontrolled and there are also many irrelevant thoughts and imaginations that takes place in my mind.
