Since 2017 I am taking silodal d8 for my prostate problem & I am ok now but recently some of my house physician told me to take flowkind d then my question is both the medicine are same for my prostate problem can I take flowkind d instead of silodal d8 thank you.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, flokind contains tamsulosin, which has basically similar action as silodal, although the salts are different, if you have any renal problem, then you may shift over to flokind, otherwise, silodal is just as good.
