I am using librium 25 mg tab almost for 5 years. But I am now not getting it in store. Is there any substitute.

Hello Lybrate-User, librium may be prescribed to you for sleep/anxiety. Use of this medicine is usually recommended for the short term until the primary illness is resolved. It is a scheduled drug not to be available or taken without prescription. So the difficulty of its availability in the store is justifiable. Taking any of the substitutes is not advisable. It is better to consult a psychiatrist to and let him examine and treat any condition which is underlying your complaints.
