Hello doctor I am 25 years old. My problem is from past 3-4 months I have low bleeding during my periods and bleeding will be there till 6 days. I didn't become obese and not even my menstrual cycle changed (usually 28-30 days) and my hemoglobin is 12 .then what would the reason for low bleeding?
