First time 7 month and second time 20 month. Can these drugs in higher doses like inh 400 rifampicin 600 mg combutol 1000 mg cure me. My age 32 and weight 48 kg.

Tb medicine are as per weight and as per your weight rifampicin 450, isoniazid 300 mg and combutol 1200 mg are sufficeint. Also you need to add pyrazinamide for first 2/3 months to this treatment. Fnac of lymph node and culture for afb and then dst need to exclude mdr.

Sometimes lymph nodes calcify and don't reduce in size or number, so if you want to know if you are suffering from active tb infection, kindly undergo gene-expert or cbnaat test.
