I am 56 years old male. Diabetic for last 20 years. Using cardiacs medicines from last 7 years. Following medicine are using: korandil10, nitrocontin 2.6, atocor, seloken, ranx500, glymym2, and human mixtard 30/70 (18 - 12) from last 6 months I am facing erection dis function. Can you suggest any remedy/medicine?

Mr Gopalkrishnan, Thanks for the query. One of the most common long term complications of long standing diabetes is erectile dysfunction. This happens even when blood glucose is fairly well controlled. But is glucose levels are not in proper control then ED tends to happen quite early. This is due to the microvascular damage in penile muscles. Once the damage sets in it is unlikely to reverse. There are certain drugs like PDE - IV inhibitors which can be helpful. But maintaining strict glucose control is also essential. Thanks.
