I have severe neck pain and have done mri. My doctor is suggesting some surgery please let me know the opinion impression of mri mild lumbar spondylosis change. Disc desiccation, diffuse bulge right paracentral and right forminal disc protrusion at 14-5 level.

You are having pain in the neck but the mri you have given the report is of low back region which area surgery was adviced and by which doctor even the disc problem in the lumbar region can be managed conservatively without surgery if there is no neurological weaknesses.
