Whenever I drink milk my stomach aches continuously for several hours. If I am lactose tolerant then what should I do. But I only milk creates problems not other dairy products.

People with lactose intolerance are unable to fully digest the sugar (lactose) in milk. As a result, they have diarrhea, gas and bloating after eating or drinking dairy products.
