There are many eatable items which are sour in taste like raw mango, tamarind, lemon, mulberry, tomato, hog plum, wild mango, amla (indian gooseberry), etc. Many people say or it is said, we should avoid to eat which is sour in taste. Why? If it is right, I don?t think all sourness are harmful or we should avoid all sourness. Please elaborate. Which type of sourness doesn't have any negative effect?
