I'm 67 years old male had gone for enlarge prostate surgery (turp) recently. Now, i'm facing system like erectile dysfunction and sexual impotence. Doctor advised me to take tadgo 10 mg tablets. Is there any side effects by taking such medicine? Please advise and or alternative medication.
