Hello, thanks for the querry. Since you are pregnant it is very important to maintain tsh around 3 mu/l all throughout the gestation period. That will help proper fetal growth, prevent any problem related to hypothyroidism and helps in expected out come of the pregnancy. You have only mentioned about the dosage of levothyroxine. Most important is to maintain tsh (<2 mu/l). As regards taking tablet thyropace, it has no real role in treating hypothyroidism. So if you are not able to tolerate it please stop that. But thyronorm should be taken on empty stomach and no other medicine should be taken along with that and nothing should be taken for at least 1 hour after. Plus please check tsh every 4 weeks.
