I was pregnant one month I hv taken mifegest kit then I hv taken an ultra sound minor infection was their doctor suggest some tablet to remove it and sysron n for cycle my cycle came so now this month I hve to take again sysron n or my periods will come automatically.

Hello, After the abortion, the cycle is often irregular for 2 to 3 cycles. You wait and see if periods come naturally or not. In case your period is irregular, it will be best if you take few cycles of low dose oral combined contraceptive pills. It has dual advantage 1) makes the cycle regular 2) also offers contraceptive protection at the same time.
