I am 26 years of age. Got recently married 3 months back. My lmp was 23 march, I took a pregnancy test on 27th april. And found it positive. I took mifepristone tablet on 30th april at 8 pm and misoprostol on 1 may at 6 pm. I felt cramping, nausea, tinkling in hands and heavy abdomen pain but less bleeding. I passed out heavy clot that could be embroy at 4: 30 in the morning. Afterwards all the pain disappeared and bleeding is very less. Is the abortion successful?

You need to confirm it by usg for sure.

Hello, successful termination can be termed only after an ultrasound pelvis, so please get one done after 5 days , once bleeding stops,.

Hello, It's very difficult to say whether it's complete or not. Usually, if the medical abortion is done before 9 weeks and if the correct protocol of medications is followed, the success rate of complete abortion is about 95%.what you need to do it to get a usg lower abdomen done about 2 weeks after last dose of misoprostol you have taken.
