I was under went piles laser surgery two months ago for my 2nd grade piles. After 2 weeks of surgery, piles reoccurred. Now it is in grade 1 .pain, bleeding is not there. Sometimes itching will be there. That too less times. Is it possible to shrink hemmoroids without surgery? Now i'm using ano metrogyl and careffain plus. Did I want to change any medicine?

For 2nd degree, barron banding is a good procedure with great results. It's a opd clinic procedure. Ask for it. As medications, you can have tab daflon 500 bd for 3 weeks.
