I am having severe hair fall, almost every time when I touch my hair I get 4,5 hair out. I am started having baldness and I am just 24. Currently, I am used coconut oil made at home with curry leaves and onion juice and methi and kalonji seeds but only a week is passed please suggest some effective remedy or medicine stop my hair loss and increase my hair growth.

You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding from the front.
