My child had stomach pain so I gave her paracetamol is it safe or not? I had visited doctor he had prescribed 2 tablets 1 before food and 1 after food rabicip and painlet she took it. But her pain dint relieve so I gave her paracetamol now.

Paracetamol is a pretty safe drug and very commonly used in children and infants for treatment of fever and pain . But please avoid self medication. Let your doctor decide what’s the cause of stomach pain and take treatment accordingly.
