Hi, I am 45 years old. Suffering from gout arthritis from past 6 years. Since, I never followed proper medication for this as a remedy. I am currently using tablet-gout nil for temporary relief. Please let me what are the other medications that I can use to get rid of this decease.

Gout is caused when a substance called uric acid forms painful crystals in the body, typically in the joints. U should do-- watch your weight. Eat fresh fruit, vegetables, whole wheat products and some pulses (high in purine) every day. Enjoy low-fat milk and dairy products daily. Drink plenty of fluids.
