I am a 23 year old uncircumcised male. One month back I had got an irritant contact infection on my penis which had made it inflamed with some white discharge. The doctor told me to apply fucibet cream for 2 weeks. First the situation started getting better. After another consultation the doctor told me to keep applying it till I am satisfied with the results. But in the last 2-3 days it has gotten worse and pulling back my foreskin is very painful and my foreskin feels tight and some cracks are also there. Should I stop using the cream immediately? What should I do to treat it? I read that applying pure coconut oil will help ease the pain and it has also got anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Please help.
