It's OK. There is no problem. You might have heard following myths. Masturbation causes asymmetry: NO. Most people do masturbate, but most people don't have asymmetry. Lot of nutrients are lost: NO. But lifting weight and eating healthy foods is perfectly safe. Some Additional information: Do not masturbate right before a cardio workout. You may get exhausted and won't have enough energy for workout. Include plenty of Zinc and Vitamin D in your food. These nutients have a chance of geting exhausted by sexual activities. Oyster is the best source for these. Sex won't effect your bodybuilding gains. But research show that people who have regular sex is less successful in bodybuilding and fitness. This is because, visiting bars / pubs and doing nightouts is often necessary to get one night stands. In such situations, sex can indirectly effect your bodybuilding. If you don't take drugs and alcohol and get proper sleep, sex won't effect bodybuilding.
