Hello, my name is regan dias from vasai, I have piles problem, 2 months back I have done ayurveda treatment called (shar sutra, after that I was filling good but suddenly it started 4/5 days back, please suggest me regarding the treatment.

You need to avoid constipation and straining. Try oint sucral ano and hot sitz bath. Tab daflon is also very helpful if taken for 3 weeks.
