Pain due to tennis elbow is most often long standing. 1.apart from the medication, you have to avoid wrist extension on the affected side like carrying heavy weights. 2. You can also use a tennis elbow band or splint. 3. One course of physio with uss therapy also will help. 4.next alternative is an injection at the site with prp or a mild steroid. 5. It is better not to take pain medication for a long time.
