My baby had jaundice from 1.5 month. I am hyperthyroid mom. Can I switch to formula milk for 2 days? Are multivitamin safe for newborns (doctor gave us). As its mention in the box from 6 to 12 months.

There is no need for any vitamin drops for newborns although many use it unknowingly under the false belief that it will stimulate bay's growth. I advise not to give formula under any circumstances and never give in a bottle with a nipple. Breast milk is the best food and vitamins for the newborns another point is that jaundice which babies get is not the same as jaundice we get as adults and babies will be cleared in 1 week by phototherapy and never again have any leftover of the" so-called jaundice"

For two days you can but not for long, no you should not give anything except breast milk.
