Which is the best procedure for contraception. Is there any problem if I go with pills or injection. Only one year gap I need. Presently I have one child of 3 months old kindly help me the best method.

If you need a year gap, you can take injection which needs to be taken every 3 months only. The ne=xt option is a nonhormonal and hence safe pill called saheli taken once in a week after the first 3 months course of twice weekly.
