Hi, my fathers[ age 80] serum creatinine level is 6.86 and urea level is 227. Doctors suggested for dialysis. They said that the kidney is only 10% working. Is there any chances for the kidneys to work normal after dialysis. How long the treatment should be required.

Your father has reached esrd and n he needs dialysis for the entire life of if feasible a kidney transplant. There is no cure sadly enough.
