Hello. All of the contraceptive you have mentioned are very effective with high efficacy. Depot provera: very effective, patient compliance is good, required to take one injection every 3 months, can be taken in conditions where estrogen are contraindicated. But depot provera may lead to weight gain, irregular bleeding and other side effects of progesterone. Saheli is also quite effective with good patient compliance but it can lead to cystic ovaries. For those who already have one child, coppert is an ideal contraceptive. Minimal side effects with life span of more than 5 years. Once inserted patients can be free from the worry of pregnancy.
