My name is hiba 26 years old and I am a doctor too. I have been trying to conceive for 2 years. I had high prolactin level and tsh levels and immature follicles usually at day 12. My gynecologist advised me to take dostinex 0.5 mg twice a week. And thyroxine half tablet daily. My levels are now under controlled and my follicle started to mature but I am not ovulating. Even after two trigger shots for 2 months I didn't ovulate according to tvs. My mature follicle became cyst but didn't rupture. I have taken clomid and laser cycles too. But after taking thyroxine I am not ovulating. Just want to know that? And yes I do ovulate when not taking thyroxine. But I don't know why after taking it my ovulation stopped. I checked my ovulation by transvaginal ultrasounds for several months.
