I am 66 years old. Recently one line doctor advised me to take zeta met plus 20 mg to control pp sugar which is not coming down by 200. I have tested for 15 days. No improvement. At present I am taking glycomet 2gp 1-0-1 and melmet sr 1-0-0 now my sugar levels are fasting 80 to 95 and pp is 200-210. I am also taking homeopathy syzigium and gymnema morning and evening .hba1c 7.3 cholesterol levels are all below normal. I do one hour cross bar cycling burning 450 calories in the evening. Prefer to take homeopathy.
