I am 21 years old. Recently get married. I had a miscarriage bt now I want to conceive bcoz I am going to abroad and my husband will come there after a year. There is my brother who will take care of me. I am going on 20 june. My last periods date was 4 may. Please give me some suggestion that can help me to conceive before going.

It is very difficult to get sure shot pregnancy in one or 2 cycles unless artificial means used. Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in a month, nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist one possibility if both of you are not together is to have husband's sperms in a sperm bank and use same every cycle - consult a gynecologist.
